He was exceptionally professional, took the time to answer all of our questions and ensured we were clear on the operation. The process was efficient with everything left clean and neat. Safety was a big concern for me and Jesse ensured the tv was installed in the studs and was very reassuring. Communication was great leading up to the installation and I couldn’t be happier with the result or the service.
